Our ultrasonic knives are made of titanium, a completely inert material approved by the food industry. Titanium has good fatigue strength, surface hardness and excellent acoustic properties. Other tools such as diverter fences and transfer bars are made of aluminum with Teflon(R) coating. Aluminum has excellent acoustic properties and is easily machined. Teflon makes tool surfaces more slippery and is approved for use in the food industry.

The flow line type ultrasonic cutting equipment uses high frequency waves (high frequency vibration of 20,000 times per second generated by ultrasonic energy to create a virtually frictionless surface between the blade and the food, so eliminating problems such as sticky knives and extrusion) of vibration to quickly process food, and can cut strips, sticks, brick shapes, and can cut a variety of baked and frozen products. With the use of conveyor belt in and out of the material, the cutting unit can work with the conveyor belt synchronously to process, and the production efficiency is high.
