Supporting by Industry 4.0 theory, ultrasonic food cutting automation system designed, lets mass production. Several part sizes and models are available to meet ultrasonic cutting and ultrasonic slicing project and application requirements.
Ultrasonic cutting uses high-frequency vibrations—typically around 20kHz—to power a blade that slices through food with minimal resistance. Instead of dragging through the product like a traditional knife, it vibrates at microscopic levels, reducing friction and sticking.
