At Wanli Department, it has been studied to design blades which can be used in food cutting applications. Titanium blade is driven with 20kHz Ultrasonic generators. Traditional blades can not perform long time due to the sticky Turkish Delight but Ultrasonic blade does not become sticky as it vibrates all the cutting time. Supporting by Industry 4.0 theory, ultrasonic food cutting automation system designed, lets mass production. Several part sizes and models are available to meet ultrasonic cutting and ultrasonic slicing project and application requirements.
